looking to enroll your child?

our admission process

Choosing the right school is a big decision, and we're here to make the process easy, transparent, and supportive. We want you to feel confident that you've found a place where your child can grow and thrive.

Step 1: Explore Our Community

Take time to explore our website, download the info packet, and learn more about each campus. Families often tell us they "just knew" when they found the right fit. Trust your instincts; we've found they're usually right!

Step 2: Schedule a Tour

The best way to understand the Artisan difference is to see it in person. Schedule a private tour to see our classrooms in action, meet our educators, and ask all your questions.

Step 3: Submit Your Application

If it feels like the right fit, we’ll guide you through the next steps. Placement is offered based on availability, and in some cases, your child may be added to a waitlist.

Step 4: Begin the Journey

Once your child is enrolled, we’ll schedule a welcome visit and work closely with your family to support a thoughtful, gentle transition into the classroom.

frequently asked questions

When should I apply for the upcoming school year?

We recommend submitting your application as early as possible, especially for infant and toddler programs, which tend to fill quickly. Many families apply 6–12 months in advance, but we welcome inquiries year-round based on availability

Do you have a waitlist?

Yes, most of our campuses maintain a waitlist for certain age groups or schedules. When a spot becomes available, we reach out to families in the order applications were received, with some priority given to siblings and returning families.

Are children required to be potty-trained?

No. We meet children where they are developmentally. Our toddler and younger preschool classrooms are equipped to support children who are still in diapers or actively potty training.

Do you offer part-time schedules?

Yes, we offer both full-time and 3 or 2 day part-time options at most campuses. Availability may vary by age group and location, so we recommend discussing your preferred schedule during your tour.

What’s included in tuition?

Tuition is all-inclusive and covers healthy morning and afternoon snack(where applicable), all classroom materials, enrichment programs like music lessons and gardening, and access to seasonal family events. Daily music lessons are a $1200 monthly value, which is a big savings!
